Imbolc at CSC

  At the start of February here will be 2 events celebrating the return of the light at CSC!

We kick off on Sunday 1 February with the Imbolc Art exposition - organized by Elvira Mistwood & CK Ballyhoo with music by DJ Sigil Alchemi

And then on Monday 2 February DJ Holocluck will celebrate the end of winter with a wonderful set of great tunes for Imbolc!

The winter has been long, and you are perhaps feeling weary. However the light is returning, and you know there is something in your heart is whispering.

 🌸 A line, a brush stroke, a glimpse to a photo, a colour or maybe a spark between the bushes reminds of something old and familiar...

🔥 An urge to stir, discover, rekindle the warm feelings as you walk between the artworks and think about their stories...  Many artists, but one wish!

🕯 You should come and stay, take your time with the each one. Forget anything that divides us, but connect with the light brought on your way in the form of art. 🕯

The first spark of life in the earth marks the end of Winter and start of the Spring planting season in the Northern Hemisphere. 

Join DJ Holocluck Henly for a Circle Dance in celebration of IMBOLC w/an eclectic mix of seasonal tunes to welcome the light. 

All Ages Welcome. Any era attire. 

This is a General rate event.

Looking for quiet, focused creative time with good company?

Join us for Second Life Write-Ins, sponsored by Coffee & Co-Working, hosted beside the Indigoskye Press virtual shop in the seaside art village of Port Emynaid.

For one cozy hour, avatars gather to work on their own creative projects. We’ve got:

• writers drafting stories and poems

• coders building worlds

• professors and teachers prepping syllabi

• and plenty of folks just happy to create together

We start and end in voice, so bring your mic if you have one, but text-only participation is always welcome. No pressure. No crits. Just focused creative energy.

📍 You’ll find us tucked between Nessie the sea monster and an enchanted forest—because creativity deserves a little magic.

After the write-in, stick around. Wander the galleries. Pose for a photo with Nessie. Explore the forest up the hill. Port Emynaid is a small colony of painters, writers, and object creators, and it’s meant to be enjoyed.
